Before coming to Empire State Wrestling, Brett Mednik was said to be amongst the wildest party animals in Dorm Room #211. He now comes to ESW, armed with a bag of Doritos ready to take on the pro wrestling world.

Mednik went one-on-one with "Coverboy" Cade Cassidy at November 2004's Pilgrims & Piledrivers. He was defeated, however, as it became a virtual two-on-one with repeated interference from Cade's personal assistant Armand.

Cassidy and Armand pulled the same thing the following month at Season's Beatings against "Inferno" Johnny Adams. This prompted Mednik to rush the ring to come to Adams' aid. Cassidy fled to aisle, but left Armand to be struck with Mednik's bag of Doritos, sending nacho cheese-flavored torilla chips flying everywhere.
